Do I have to be a member of I3A to attend?
No, the conference is open to anyone, including members, non-members, press and analysts. I3A members receive preferential pricing. Find membership information here.

Who should attend the Annual Conference?
As the premier association of the imaging industry worldwide, I3A strives in its Annual Conference to present sessions that appeal to a broad range of audiences, including: Senior Management, Partners, Managers, Developers, Directors, Scientists and Engineers who want to explore new technologies, build relationships and further their company's ROI.
What does my registration fee include?
Your registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, continental breakfast, lunch and admittance to the Welcome & Awards Reception and the Networking Reception and Dinner. In addition, you will have access to the attendee list, sponsor exhibits and speaker presentations online after the conference.
How do I register for both the I3A Annual Conference and the 6Sight Future of Imaging Conference?
During your I3A Annual Conference registration you will be given the opportunity to add in the 6Sight Future of Imaging Conference, at a discount, to your package. There is no need to register separately for both conferences.
Can I register onsite?
Yes, you may register onsite at the meeting. However, only credit cards will be accepted for payment onsite. Checks and cash will not be accepted. Payment must be made in full.
Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation shortly after your registration has been completed. Should you not receive one, please contact Shannon Taylor.
What is the cancellation policy?
Registrations are not valid until the fees have been paid. To receive the Early Bird discount, payment must be received by credit card prior to the Early Bird deadline of September 15. Standard registration rates take effect on September 16. No-shows will not be given refunds.
Any registrations that are cancelled after November 8, 2009 will NOT be refunded.
Which airport is most convenient to fly into?
Fly directly into Monterey's airport located just 10 minutes from the Portola Hotel & Spa. Other options include flying into San Jose International Airport, a one-hour drive from Monterey, or San Francisco International Airport, 90 minutes away by car.
What are my transportation options to the Portola Hotel & Spa?
Taxi service is available from Monterey airport. Car rentals are available at any of the three airports.

What is the dress code for the I3A Annual Conference?
Business casual dress is acceptable for all meetings and events at the I3A Annual Conference.
Will I have Internet access during the meeting?
Yes, wireless Internet access will be available in the meeting room.
What is the weather like in Monterey during the Annual Conference?
Monterey’s climate is consistently mild year-round. Warm clear days and cool nights characterize November, which is the coast's sunniest time of year, with average high temperatures of 64 degrees fahrenheit (21 degrees centigrade) and average low temperatures of 47 degrees fahrenheit (11 degrees centigrade).
