Conference attendees who choose to stay at the Portola Hotel & Spa enjoy a significantly favored rate on the hotel's luxurious rooms. Each attendee is sent a special discounted reservation form upon registering for the conference. The Portola Hotel & Spa boasts numerous premium amenities for attendees and their spouses and families to enjoy.

Which airport is most convenient to fly into?
Fly directly into Monterey's airport located just 10 minutes from the Portola Hotel & Spa. Other options include flying into San Jose International Airport, a one-hour drive from Monterey, or San Francisco International Airport, 90 minutes away by car.

What are my transportation options to the Portola Hotel & Spa?
Taxi service is available from Monterey airport. Car rentals are available at any of the three airports.

What is the weather like in Monterey during the Annual Conference?
Monterey’s climate is consistently mild year-round. Warm clear days and cool nights characterize November, which is the coast's sunniest time of year, with average high temperatures of 64 degrees fahrenheit (21 degrees centigrade) and average low temperatures of 47 degrees fahrenheit (11 degrees centigrade).
